Concerned about Balls, who’s missing this party, Paco calls up his nurse brother Darby.
And while Balls is with family, still playing Old St. Nick, three pals gather round to chat ‘bout his d**k.

First up, we chat about some of the most gut wrenching scenes on the silver screen. Alexis tells us about her upcoming projects, and the boys reach out to Wendi, who talks Joan Jett and Oreos. Next we get a few hilarious new voicemails, and talk about what we hate about the holidays. Finally Alexis gets the ole’ hot seat, and talks about her favorite actors, her martial arts skills, success as a creative, and the upcoming film, Lion’s Den.

The boys get comfy in their new studio, welcoming SAG AFTRA actress and local Baltimore film maker Alexis Barone, plus her beau Vlad! After Vlad reveals his country of origin, Paco and Balls discuss their own adventures abroad. Then we recap a rowdy comedy show and karaoke night, triggering Vlad’s particularly embarrassing story from the days of MySpace. Paco and Balls get anal about a trendy new sun bathing technique. Then Balls speculates the possible identify of the Butthole Bandit, and tells us why we should tune into the Quality Time Podcast with the Woodworth brothers.

Mickey Cucchiella is back with the boys for Part II of the holiday special, in an uproarious episode packed with everything that’s great about Paco’s Got Balls. This time, we call up the sorely missed Wendi to talk Ravens and radio, and Mickey gushes with pride for his old 98Rock pal. Then Mickey talks about the time he almost got into a fist fight with Chad Kroeger and challenges Paco to write a better rock ballad than Nickelback. After some voicemail surprises, Mickey opens up the phone lines and we hear from some random callers. Finally, Mickey tells us about chatting with Larry the Cable Guy, and Paco interviews his Gary Busey impersonation.

On this night before Thanksgiving, the boys welcome returning guest, 98 Rock alum and Baltimore comedian Mickey Cucchiella! It’s a merry old time when Mickey describes his great harvest celebrations of Thanksgivings past. Paco details some of his own holiday history, and talks about a particularly mischievous night of swashbuckling. Then Paco and Balls recount their Royal Farms incident with Walker Hayes and a $40 of friend chicken. The holidays at the studio wouldn’t be quite complete with an update on Balls’ foreskin, and Mickey suggests Balls may have a subconscious fixation. Finally we wrap up with Balls and Paco’s weekend skeet shooting trip.

The Brohemian Rhapsody boys are back in a side-splitting episode with a hilariously tormented Mike Quindlen, still begrudgingly filling in for Paco! After Balls and Dave Draper talk about our recent prank on the Graveyard Goonz, Quindlen rages against former guest RJ Jackson, prompting Producer Mike to reign him in. Our favorite flustered Philadelphian then describes the acting role that got away, and takes a few digs at the the academic options for folks on the Eastern Shore. Soon a rousing Voicemail session is in order, featuring some familiar tones and a belated Halloween FMK. Some Popeye’s Chicken talk whets our appetites, before a call to Wendi Townsend leaves us swooning, and some dirt is flung across the FM waves as Wes Anderson proves he can hold his own! Then Quindlen throws shade at our former intern, who is actually quite dashing, and who still writes the show notes.

Then Patrick professes a rare carnal desire, and Balls recaps the recent show at Roadie Joe’s with Walker Hayes. Quindlen describes a ‘killer’ comedy show, and talks about his dog’s bizarre appetite.

The Goonz chat about everything from their work, their art, and pranking the masses, plus they reveal the whereabouts of their former Goonz cast-mates. Then RJ confronts Balls about their recent prank gift, and tells us all about Dark-Web Unboxing. Soon the Goonz demonstrate one of their Halloween prank calls by way of Producer Mike’s phone! Then we give Wendi a call, and she has a chat with Joanna Campbell, whose gone batty from Moonshine. This spooky spectacular boasts chats about the best Halloween candy, surprise buttholes, missing teeth, and lesser known Schwarzeneggers.

On this Halloween seasonal spectacular, Paco and Balls invite returning guest, Joanna Campbell of 100.7 the Bay for some laughs and scares! Joanna kicks off the nights with some scary stories from growing up in Gettysburg, a paranormal hot-spot, and a prophetic Ouija board. Then Paco and Balls describe their fear of elevators. Balls reveals a snazzy surprise for the Fire Your Guns segment, courtesy of a friend of the show. Then the gang breaks into more scary stories, including tales of shadow people, vigilant cats, UFOs, cold pizza, knocking doors, and demonic entities. Soon the gang checks the voicemails and gets a surprise from a couple of celebrities. Then Paco and Balls continue to mortify Joanna with tales of killer clown movies, and…you guessed it…foreskins.

A pickle-drunk Paco and Balls are joined by special new guest: local comedian and psychology professor Abby Mello! Abby fills us in on the origins of the all-women comedy showcase she produces - and discusses how it got it’s astounding name - and a little bit about the subject she teaches. Abby helps the boys develop solutions to internal conflicts, and we hear from Wendi as she struggles to give away 21 Pilots tickets. After a quick story about drunk Balls eats a chalupa, an alluring new sleep-ware ad gives the gang a juicy chat. Soon Abby weights in on Paco’s recent harassment by the authorities, and Producer Mike cues up another round of voicemails. Abby chats television, and the night rounds out with some Breaking Bad debate.
